THE PROBLEM
Presenter-led video sells property, but traditional shoots are slow, expensive and need scheduling. The AI alternatives flooding social media lack realism and human presence. The gap is a walkthrough that looks and sounds filmed, generated from photos the agent already has.
THE BUILD
Agents upload photos, paste the listing description and choose a presenter style. The system generates a voice-matched presenter, script, soundtrack and pacing based on the home's layout, then delivers a captioned, watermarked video with no manual editing. Early testers, including boutique agencies and Airbnb hosts, have reported enquiry uplift against static-photo listings.
