THE PROBLEM
The client, an established studio business consultancy, holds proprietary data with real commercial value locked inside it. Turning that into something a buyer will pay for takes commercial judgment as much as technical work: what the asset is, who it is worth most to, and how to package it for a transaction.
THE WORK
The engagement is confidential, so the detail stays private. The shape of the work draws on my transaction and data-for-value experience from Carsales and REA Group, applied hands-on for a business that could not justify a full-time executive in this role.
